Our farm is located in Phoenix, New York. Phoenix is about 30 minutes north of Syracuse (depending on how fast you drive!).

We currently grow 4 varieties of hardneck (gourmet, ophioscorodon) garlic - German White, Italian Purple, Spanish Roja, and Ukrainian Red.You will be amazed at the taste of our garlic - much more flavor than mass produced softneck (sativum) garlic you purchase in a grocery store.
